Phill Lewis

Phillip Akon Phill Lewis is an American actor, director and comedian. He is best known for his role as Mr. Moseby on Disney Channels The Suite Life of Zack amp Cody and its spinoff, The Suite Life on Deck. Lewis also played T.C. on The Wayans Bros., Crazy Hooch on Scrubs, and had a recurring role as Roy on Yes, Dear and has played small parts in more than a dozen films. He also appeared in episodes of Lizzie McGuire as Principal Tweedy and in Friends as Chandlers boss. Lewis is married to Megan Benton Lewis.

Lewis was born in Uganda, East Africa on September 5, 1968. At the time, his father, former U.S. Ambassador Delano Lewis, was serving as the Peace Corps associate director and country director for Nigeria and Uganda.
